Retail Grocery Associate – Inventory
About The Position
WIS International is seeking active individuals to join their team as Retail Grocery Associates, focusing on inventory. This role involves accurately counting inventory for top retailers in the grocery segment. No prior inventory experience is necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided. The position offers flexible scheduling, paid training, and performance-based pay increases, with opportunities to earn up to $2.00 more per hour within the first 6 months and additional earning potential up to $5.00 per hour. The job also includes a $200 referral bonus and access to health, dental, vision, life, and disability plans, as well as a 401(k) program. Some roles may involve paid travel and occasional overnight assignments, with opportunities to become a certified driver or pharmacy counter.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable using handheld technology
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Nice To Haves
- Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds for this position.
