Furniture Mart is looking for a hardworking and dependable Retail Furniture Stockroom Associate to join our team in New Orleans, LA! This is a hands-on role where you'll keep our showroom running smoothly by managing inventory and ensuring customers get exactly what they need. Requirements

• Previous stockroom, warehouse, or retail inventory experience preferred
• Ability to lift and move heavy furniture items (up to 75 lbs or more)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and process incoming furniture shipments and deliveries
• Organize and maintain stockroom inventory for efficient product retrieval
• Pull and stage furniture orders for customer pickup and floor display
• Assist sales floor staff as needed
• Inspect incoming and outgoing products for damage or defects
• Assemble items for display
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized stockroom environment
