PT Retail Framing Team Member
About The Position
This role is responsible for maintaining the overall look and feel of the store, including cleanliness and recovery standards, to deliver on Brand Promises. The team member will provide friendly customer service, assist customers in shopping the store, and help them find what they're looking for. Additional duties may include providing a fast and friendly checkout experience, executing cash handling, engaging customers on loyalty programs and credit cards, assisting with omnichannel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship from Store (SFS), participating in truck unloads, stocking, and planogram processes, supporting shrink and safety programs, and adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs for compliance.
Requirements
- Must be at least sixteen (16) years or older.
- Ability to remain standing for long periods of time.
- Ability to move throughout the store.
- Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching.
- Lifting heavy boxes and accessing high shelves by ladder or similar equipment.
- Use of standard commercial cleaners and chemicals from cleaning supplies.
- Applicants in the U.S. must satisfy federal, state, and local legal requirements of the job.

Responsibilities
- Maintain a high standard of overall look and feel of the store, including cleanliness and recovery standards.
- Deliver friendly customer service and assist customers in shopping the store.
- Collect and dispose of trash following approved procedures.
- Dust and damp mop floors following approved procedures.
- Move equipment and products for proper cleaning and place products back in correct placement.
- Clean assigned areas using assigned materials and equipment.
- Mix water and detergents to prepare cleaning solutions.
- Deep clean key areas of the store such as bathrooms, breakrooms, entry ways, and other high traffic areas.
- Keep cleaning equipment neat and orderly and notify supervisor of supply needs.
- Seek out areas requiring cleaning and take initiative to complete tasks.
- Complete all tasks assigned by supervisor.
- Perform tasks in accordance with all federal, state, and county guidelines.
- Maintain positive and respectful interactions with team members and customers.
- Project a positive image and serve as a role model.
- Provide a fast and friendly check out experience and execute cash handling.
- Engage customers on benefits of Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
- Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship from Store (SFS).
- Participate in the truck un-load, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
- Support shrink and safety programs.
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs.
- Execute Company policies and standards.
