This position is responsible for delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers with shopping and locating products, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience. The role also involves completing truck unloading, merchandise duties, and maintaining store recovery standards. Additionally, the team member will engage customers on the benefits of the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey, and assist with Omni channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). The position also includes participating in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes, performing merchandise recovery and maintenance, and supporting shrink and safety programs. Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs is required. The team member will interact positively with others, promote the organization's vision and values, and serve as a role model. This role is cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production. Other duties may be assigned.
