This part-time Retail Framer position focuses on building customer relationships by creating memorable framing solutions for their art. The role involves assisting customers in shopping the store, ensuring they can find what they need, and maintaining a safe, clean, and clutter-free environment. Key activities include adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company programs, embracing the Elevated ABC Deliver by using personal designer skills to build relationships and create custom framing solutions, and achieving sales and production goals. The Framer will complete framing orders with high quality and on time, maintain the ready-made frame department and other assigned areas, and deliver friendly customer service. They will also support shrink and safety programs, interact positively with others, participate in truck un-loading and stocking, operate the cash register, and assist with Omni channel processes. Other duties as assigned.
