About The Position

As a Fragrance Sales Associate, you create a warm, welcoming environment through genuine hospitality and exceptional customer service. You engage customers with personalized fragrance recommendations that reflect their style, mood, and preferences - making them feel confident, valued, and inspired. Both a beauty enthusiast and product expert, you demonstrate and sell a wide range of fragrances and related beauty products, while educating customers on notes, layering techniques, and usage. You contribute to a seamless shopping experience by fostering meaningful connections, anticipating needs, and delivering service with care. Our colleagues begin each day energized and ready to make an impact. They wear their name badge with pride, greet teammates with a warm hello, and help ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and prepared for customers. Before getting started, they review their sales goals, learn about new arrivals and top-selling items, and stay up to date on current trends and promotions - so they’re fully informed and ready to engage, educate, and sell with confidence. On the floor, they focus on the customer - offering a warm welcome, making eye contact, and creating friendly, personal conversations to create customer relationships to bring the customers back. Throughout the day, they maintain a shoppable space by merchandising new receipts, process damages, testers and select merchandise to return to vendors, updating signs and pricing, and supporting any needed merchandise moves. They always Finish Strong - sharing our Loyalty program benefits, making sure customers have all they need, and ending with a sincere thank-you, often walking the package around and using the customer’s name. Full-time colleagues are typically scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week, while part-time colleagues are typically scheduled 12-24 hours per week. All schedules contain weekend shifts as part of the requirements. Hours are dependent on business needs and colleague availability.

  • Drive sales and client loyalty by maintaining an organized and shoppable space, leveraging clienteling tools to promote offers and product launches, participating in sales events, and staying up to date through ongoing training and vendor education.
