About The Position
Creative Dining Services at Northwestern College in Orange City, Iowa is looking for a Retail Foodservice Supervisor. The Retail Foodservice Supervisor maintains the retail dining services operation, works to ensure that the expectations of the client and Dining Services Director are met and/or exceeded, while responding to market trends and customer demands, producing desired outcomes in a fiscally responsible manner. Works professionally and cooperatively as a valued member of the dining services team, assisting with any aspect of the dining services program necessary.
Requirements
- Retail foodservice experience
- ServSafe Certification
Responsibilities
- Under the direction of the Retail Manager, supervises and coordinates all retail foodservice activities
- Maintains an organized system of comprehensive retail record keeping
- Maintains established food presentation standards
- Participates with Food Committee meetings
- Maintains good public relations with all customers, clients, staff, vendors, and the community; achieves high levels of customer and client satisfaction
