About The Position

Sodexo is seeking a Retail Manager 2 to lead high volume retail operations for their food team at HMH Jersey Shore Medical Center located in Neptune City, New Jersey. This role is responsible for directing daily operations of food quality and customer service in a retail food operation, including branded concepts. The manager will ensure employees have appropriate equipment, supplies, and resources, manage cash handling protocols and control procedures, and maintain client satisfaction with food quality and customer service. This position supervises the day-to-day work activities of food service workers and is accountable for delivering service quality by maintaining the highest standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED or Equivalent
  • Minimum Management Experience - 1 year
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to maintain the highest culinary standards
  • Strong coaching and employee development skills
  • Have a passion for food and innovation
