About The Position

Sodexo is seeking a Retail Food Manager 1 to support retail food operations at Kaiser Permanente in Sacramento, California. This position is ideal for a customer-focused leader who enjoys managing cash-handling retail food environments that include branded concepts, in-house formats, and signature designs. The Retail Food Manager 1 plays an important role in maintaining food quality, service excellence, and strong customer relationships in a healthcare setting. SodexoMagic is the joint venture partnership between NBA Hall of Famer, Earvin “Magic” Johnson and Sodexo. Requirements

Experience maintaining food quality and customer service in a cash-handling retail food operation
Familiarity with branded concepts, in-house formats, and signature retail designs
Knowledge of cash control processes, payroll record maintenance, and support of financial/HR functions
The ability to provide guidance and oversight to a small team, supervising fewer than two full-time employees
