About The Position

We're looking for a hands-on leader to help run our sales floor day-to-day. You'll guide the team through busy shifts, keep operations running smoothly, and make sure every customer walks out happy.

Requirements

• 2+ years leading or supervising a team in retail or hospitality
• Solid communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable working in a busy, fast-moving setting
• Must be 21 or older and meet all Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission eligibility requirements
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and precise math skills
• Well organized and comfortable multi-tasking
• Able to stay composed and manage stress in a fast-paced setting
• Must submit to and pass a criminal background check
• Valid ID and authorization to work in the United States required
• Budtending: 2 years (preferred)
• Customer service: 2 years
• Retail sales: 1 year

Nice To Haves

• Prior cannabis retail experience is a plus
• Familiarity with Dutchie POS and METRC systems a bonus
• Knowledge of cannabis strains, edibles, extracts, and other current products a plus
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus

Responsibilities

• Guide and support staff during peak hours
• Coach and mentor team members on the floor
• Recommend products and provide top-notch customer service
• Handle cash transactions and oversee daily store functions
• Help manage inventory levels, restocking, and product displays
• Keep the store compliant with all state and company standards
• Keep the retail space clean, organized, and presentable
