About The Position
SPAR Canada is hiring Retail Fixture Installers to support a major retailer’s store reset. This is a contract-based position. In this night shift role, you will build, take down, and reconfigure retail store fixtures by following detailed store layout plans. This role is ideal for reliable, hands-on individuals who enjoy physical work, teamwork, and seeing measurable results at the end of each shift.
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-based environment
- Personal mobile phone and valid email address
- Steel-toed safety footwear
- Professional, dependable, and safety-focused work ethic
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience with retail fixture installation or store resets
Responsibilities
- Build, take down, and reconfigure retail store fixtures such as shelving, gondolas, and displays
- Read and interpret store layout plans
- Safely install fixtures accurately to store layout plans
- Work collaboratively with the merchandising team to meet nightly goals
