This entry level team member position will be exposed to a variety of retail tasks related to product, customer service and merchandising. Hiring for the following departments: Fashion- Stocking, Backroom Organization, breaking down pallets of product onto carts, department merchandising, folding/hanging clothing, and daily cleaning. As we grow, we’re seeking an entry-level team member to join us as a General Merchandise Clerk who is able to complete a variety of retail tasks related to product, customer service, pricing, inventory, and merchandising. Requirements

Detail-oriented and organized.
Strong listening and communications skills, face-to-face and virtually.

Responsibilities

Delivering remarkable customer service by providing customers with exceptional product knowledge, efficient service and a friendly attitude.
Performing a variety of retail tasks related to product, customer service and merchandising.
Stocking product and maintaining displays according to merchandising standards.
Utilizing technology to complete activities and tasks.
Building rapport with customers.
Displaying a friendly and outgoing attitude through good eye contact and body language.
Helping customers with any questions they may have and directing them to another team member if unable to answer.
Stocking, backroom organization, breaking down pallets of product onto carts, department merchandising, folding/hanging clothing, and daily cleaning.
