This position will be responsible for delivering remarkable customer service by providing customers with exceptional product knowledge, efficient service and a friendly attitude. This entry level team member position will be exposed to a variety of retail tasks related to product, customer service and merchandising. Hiring for the following departments: Fashion- Stocking, Backroom Organization, breaking down pallets of product onto carts, department merchandising, folding/hanging clothing, and daily cleaning. As we grow, we’re seeking an entry-level team member to join us as a General Merchandise Clerk who is able to complete a variety of retail tasks related to product, customer service, pricing, inventory, and merchandising. Requirements

  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Strong listening and communications skills, face-to-face and virtually.
  • Willingness to learn or existing familiarity with job-specific technology.

  • Process-driven and able to follow procedures in an organized and efficient way.

  • Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, bend, and twist while handling product.

Responsibilities

  • Delivering remarkable customer service by providing customers with exceptional product knowledge, efficient service and a friendly attitude.
  • Performing a variety of retail tasks related to product, customer service and merchandising.
  • Stocking product and maintaining displays according to merchandising standards.
  • Utilizing technology to complete activities and tasks.
  • Building rapport with customers.
  • Displaying a friendly and outgoing attitude through good eye contact and body language.
  • Helping customers with any questions they may have and directing them to another team member if unable to answer.
  • Stocking, backroom organization, breaking down pallets of product onto carts, department merchandising, folding/hanging clothing, and daily cleaning.
