About The Position
As a Retail Experience Supervisor for our discount and refurbished items, you’ll use your leadership skills to inspire employees and deliver great customer experiences. You’ll create business plans to sell open-box and refurbished products and be responsible for profit and loss results. You’ll also focus on providing positive employee experiences, skill development and performance management.
Requirements
- 1 year of leadership or management experience in business, military or related field
- 1 year of sales or customer service experience
- 6 months of experience managing and reviewing operational expenses and revenue
- Ability to lift weight up to 75 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
Nice To Haves
- Previous retail experience
- Consumer electronics industry experience
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day department operations, including sales, merchandising, inventory maintenance and employee coaching
- Oversee hiring, onboarding, coaching and management of your team of six to seven direct reports
- Drive customer satisfaction results by working directly with customers and supporting your team’s sales skills
- Partner with other store leaders and sales floor employees to lead business rhythms and ensure seamless operations
