About The Position

NEXT Door & Window is looking for outgoing, energetic people to represent our company inside Costco and other local events. This is NOT traditional sales. You're not cold calling, knocking on doors, or closing homeowners in the store. Your job is simple: start conversations with Costco members, create interest in our products, and schedule free in-home consultations. Top performers can earn $30–$40+/hour or more.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation + valid driver's license
• Willing to travel up to 20 miles to Costco warehouses
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Flexible schedule (including weekends)
• Must pass a background check
