About The Position

NEXT Door & Window is seeking outgoing and energetic individuals to represent the company inside Costco and at local events as Retail & Event Brand Ambassadors. This role focuses on engaging with customers, generating interest in products, and scheduling in-home consultations, rather than direct sales within the store. The position offers guaranteed hourly pay, significant bonus potential, and opportunities for revenue sharing and profit sharing.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Willingness to travel up to 20 miles to Costco warehouses.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Must pass a background check.
