About The Position

The Associate, Event Retail Operations – FIFA will support all elements of retail operations for the FIFA World Cup 2026 tournament – Dallas FAN FESTIVAL.

Requirements

  • Commitment to the full duration of the FIFA World Cup Event schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
  • Attendance at event/gamedays at the host venue is mandatory for this role.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in venue, retail, or merchandise environments preferred but not required.
  • Retail, event, or operations experience is recommended; additional training will be provided prior to the event.
  • Event schedules may involve exposure to various weather conditions (rain, wind, cold, heat) if assigned to outdoor locations.

Responsibilities

  • Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and customer service to consistently represent the Fanatics Brand, FIFA Brand, and Retail Event positively.
  • Support retail build operations, including assembling optical displays, infrastructure setup, and Point of Sale (POS) installation, as needed.
  • Collaborate with location supervisors to ensure assigned areas are clean, organized, fully stocked, and event ready.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve sales transactions using the Fanatics Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently.
  • Assist with receiving, properly displaying, and storing inventory to maintain optimal stock presentation.
  • Maintain sales floor and stockroom organization with strong attention to detail and adherence to company standards.
  • Execute planogram placements and support retail merchandising efforts to maximize product visibility.
  • Prepare products for retail readiness by tagging, hanging, and re-merchandising as necessary.
  • Organize and manage supplies and equipment to ensure smooth retail operations.
  • Wrap pallets securely following events to facilitate efficient merchandise handling.
  • Load and unload merchandise trucks safely and effectively.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of Fanatics Values and their application to Retail Event Operations Associate responsibilities.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Retail Event Leadership team to support event success.
