Key responsibilities include completing truck unloading, merchandise duties, and maintaining store recovery standards. The position also supports Omni channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS), participates in stocking and planogram processes, and performs store in-stock optimization and AD set duties. Additionally, the role supports shrink and safety programs and adheres to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs. Team members are expected to interact respectfully, remain positive, and promote the organization's vision and values. This role may also involve cross-training in Custom Framing selling and production.
