About The Position
Goodwill Industries--Knoxville, Inc. is seeking a part-time Retail Donation Attendant. Ideal candidates will be energetic, flexible, have excellent customer service skills, and be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
Requirements
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Regularly required to stand and/or walk for long periods; use hands to handle; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Must regularly lift and /or move up to 25 pounds and/or up to 20 lbs. of force frequently.

Responsibilities
- Receive donations: greet donors, accept and unload donated materials, and thank donors for their donated items.
- Ensure that all donated goods received, inspected, sorted and placed into holding bins.
- Assist customers in the disposal of recycled materials.
- Cleaning duties (including but not limited to) donation center inside and outside area are clean and safe.
- Customer service activities (including but not limited to) greeting, assisting, and thanking donors in a positive/professional manner.
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
