About The Position

Lead from the Front. Coach from the floor. Win as a Team. Are you passionate about leadership that’s hands-on, people centered, and focused on performance? We’re looking for a Retail District Manager to serve as the head coach of our Pennsylvania dispensary teams- someone who lives for the rhythm of retail and thrives when developing talent, driving results, and making every customer experience exceptional. This is not a desk job. This is a boots-on-the-ground leadership role for someone who finds energy in team interaction, builds trust by being present, and inspires others through action. You’ll rotate weekly across six dispensaries throughout the state, spending 4-5 days at a time at each site to immerse yourself in the team culture, observe operations firsthand, and drive meaningful change. If you’re (externally) competitive, people-focused, and excited about elevating performance, this is your opportunity to lead as a coach and have an opportunity at the championship.
