Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older
  • 3–5 years of experience leading multiple retail locations within the wireless, telecommunications, consumer electronics, or related industry.
  • Ability to analyze district-level performance metrics, identify opportunities, and implement strategies to drive improvement and growth.
  • Ability to coach, develop, and motivate leaders and teams while driving performance and achieving business goals.
  • Reside within the district’s geographic area.
  • Hold a valid driver’s license and meet all requirements outlined in BeMobile’s Vehicle Policy.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with budget management, forecasting, and P&L responsibility
  • Proven ability to conduct effective location visits, identify opportunities, and provide actionable insights that support team development and business improvement.
  • Comfortable leading district-wide meetings, conducting performance reviews, and facilitating effective one-on-one conversations.
  • Leads with a hands-on approach, actively supporting store teams, removing obstacles, and driving results across the district.

Responsibilities

  • Lead & Inspire: Connect with Store Leaders, set clear goals, and align the district with BeMobile’s vision and Verizon’s objectives. Provide direction, tools, and accountability to ensure every store is equipped to win.
  • Drive Results: Monitor sales metrics and performance across all stores. Celebrate wins, coach for improvement, and implement strategies to ensure every location not only meets but exceeds sales, service, and performance goals.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee district-wide operations with precision, including inventory management, cash handling, scheduling, and compliance. Ensure every store runs smoothly, consistently, and profitably while maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.
  • Coach & Develop Leaders: Mentor Store Leaders through coaching conversations, feedback, and recognition to help them grow, strengthen their teams, and retain top talent.
  • Recruit & Retain Talent: Partner with Store Leaders to recruit top performers, conduct interviews, and build strong, future-ready teams. Focus on selecting, developing, and supporting the right people to ensure low turnover and high engagement.
  • Be the Connector: Act as the information hub for the district, ensuring the team understands and executes key company initiatives. Foster alignment across all levels and departments, driving communication and collaboration.
  • Innovate & Integrate: Lead with a forward-thinking mindset, encouraging collaboration, continuous improvement, and innovation. Ensure the district stays aligned with long-term company goals while adapting to new challenges and opportunities.
  • Hands-On Leadership: Lead by example by stepping onto the sales floor, solving challenges, and modeling excellent customer service.
