About The Position

This role is designed for early-career professionals who want hands-on exposure to retail execution, sales operations, and commercial insights in a fast-paced CPG environment. You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Insights, and Category Management to help ensure displays are clearly defined, consistently executed, and tracked in a way that drives learning and results. Training and support are built into the role — curiosity, organization, and a desire to learn matter most.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in retail, sales support, operations, merchandising, marketing, analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Foundational data analysis skills, with the ability to organize information, identify patterns, and summarize what the data is showing.
  • Ability to use data to tell a clear story and support decisions, especially related to execution, performance, and improvement opportunities.
  • Comfort learning new tools and systems with training and support.
  • Clear communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Interest in retail, CPG, and how in-store execution drives results.

Responsibilities

  • Support Retail Display Standards & Execution: Help organize and maintain standardized display guidelines by retailer, channel, and space size. Support display concepts and layouts that align to the space sold by the sales team. Assist in ensuring display designs are practical, scalable, and executable in real retail environments. Help maintain SKU rankings by region or retailer to support featuring the most relevant and high-performing products on display.
  • Learn and Use Retail Execution Tools (Training Provided): You’ll learn how to use a variety of retail execution and reporting tools to support display execution and visibility, including: Display Builder – to help create and update standardized display templates and flexible display options; Shelfie – to support execution tracking, validation, and insights; Repsly – to assist with display metrics, audits, and execution best practices; VIP – to help identify display gaps and high-potential opportunities by account.
  • Track Performance & Share What’s Happening in Market: Help track display goals by salesperson, region, and program. Support comparisons between sold-in display commitments and verified execution. Assist in identifying execution gaps and flagging risks or opportunities early. Help organize photos, create short videos, and examples of in-store execution. Curate strong execution examples to reinforce standards, share wins, and highlight best practices across teams.
