This role leads the frontline to promote a “Highly-Satisfied” customer experience while driving customer loyalty. The supervisor helps develop high-performing teams through training and mentoring of Associates on frontline execution of all register transactions. The role requires acting with integrity to adhere to company policy and procedures, and promoting a culture where everyone feels welcomed, valued, and engaged. The supervisor should have a strong desire to achieve team and individual results and be available and willing to work in multiple areas of the store as needed.
