This role is responsible for promoting an excellent customer experience by overseeing a team of Associates at the front of the store, ensuring prompt, courteous customer service and promotion of loyalty programs. The coordinator leads by example by engaging with customers, maintaining a clean and organized store, and creating a positive internal and external customer experience. They promote a culture of honesty and integrity, maintain confidentiality, and take an active role in training and mentoring Associates on front-end principles and personalizing the customer experience while promoting loyalty programs. The role involves assigning registers, supporting POS coverage needs, coordinating breaks, addressing customer concerns, ensuring Associates execute tasks according to the store plan, and communicating effectively with management and Associates. The coordinator also partners with management on Associate training needs, ensures adherence to labor laws, policies, and procedures, promotes credit and loyalty programs, supports store shrink reduction goals, and promotes safety awareness. Other duties may be assigned.
