About The Position

The individual selected for this role will be expected to work within a 15-mile radius of Store #3025 (4278 S. 27th Street, Milwaukee WI 53221) and Store #3713 (11010 W. National Avenue, West Allis WI 53227). This is a Part-Time job with a starting pay of $17.85/hr or based on relevant experience. This position is essential to the success of our retail stores. Customer Service Specialists work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. They are expected to promptly resolve any customer concerns and ensure maximum client satisfaction, while staying up-to-date with product features and maintaining the high quality and visual standards of the products and store. Customer Service Specialists are tasked with achieving excellent customer service while consistently meeting the store’s sales goals. Job duties involve contact with customers, which may include minors, and access to cash, electronic equipment, personal information, and store merchandise. A review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business, its operations, reputation, and the safety of customers and staff.

Requirements
