This role is for a Retail Customer Service Representative, also known as a Pawnbroker. It involves daily interaction with customers, assisting with sales, and negotiating mutually satisfying agreements for pawn items such as jewelry, electronics, and musical instruments. As part of the Customer Service team, the representative is expected to provide a friendly, courteous, and respectful environment. EZCORP offers a structured career path starting as a Trainee with a 5-week paid training program, leading to a Pawnbroker promotion and further opportunities to become a Lead Pawnbroker (Shift Manager) and eventually a Store Manager.
