This entry-level position offers a competitive pay range of $12.00 - 15.00 / hr plus bonuses based on sales, along with paid time off and paid holidays. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn small electronic device repair and possess excellent customer service skills. Batteries Plus Bulbs is a family-operated business with 25 years of experience, recognized as the nation's largest and fastest-growing battery, light bulb, and smartphone/tablet repair franchise. They offer a wide selection of over 60,000 types of batteries, light bulbs, and accessories, providing unmatched service to various entities. In this role, you will engage with customers, promote products and services, and assist with solutions related to Batteries Plus Bulbs operations. You will develop sales techniques, educate customers on batteries, lighting, and electronic devices, and have the opportunity to learn new technical skills, including repairing cell phones, tablets, and other devices. You will also test, install, and replace batteries in vehicles, watches, key fobs, and cell phones. Training will be provided for smartphone repair experience. The role involves providing excellent customer service and helping customers find solutions to their battery, lighting, and cell phone problems, contributing to the company's success.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Must be at least 18 years old
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with others
Ability to work under time constraints in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment

Responsibilities

Promote and assist with products, services, and solutions associated with the Batteries Plus Bulbs operation

Advance sales techniques to up-sell products
Educate customers on batteries, lighting, and electronic devices
Repair customers' cell phones, tablets, and other devices (training provided)
Test, install, and replace batteries in vehicles, watches, key fobs, cell phones, and more
Take charge of challenging opportunities as they arise
