You will drive cross-category sales, make tailored product recommendations using your deep understanding of fashion, fit, and function, and leverage digital tools to enhance the customer journey. This role involves working across different departments daily and building client relationships through outreach tools like My Client and social media. Collaboration with peers, store leaders, and brand partners is key to identifying opportunities, resolving challenges, and elevating the overall customer experience. In addition to service and selling, you will support operational excellence through floor readiness, event execution, merchandise setup, and opening/closing procedures. A positive, can-do attitude, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-caliber service are essential.
