About The Position

As a Customer Experience Colleague, you will create exceptional, personalized shopping experiences for our customers, prioritizing satisfaction by actively engaging with shoppers both in-store and online. You will drive cross-category sales, make tailored product recommendations using your deep understanding of fashion, fit, and function, and leverage digital tools to enhance the customer journey. This role involves working across different departments daily and building client relationships through outreach tools like My Client and social media. Collaboration with peers, store leaders, and brand partners is key to identifying opportunities, resolving challenges, and elevating the overall customer experience. In addition to service and selling, you will support operational excellence through floor readiness, event execution, merchandise setup, and opening/closing procedures. A positive, can-do attitude, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-caliber service are essential.

Requirements

  • Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
  • Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors.
  • Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English.
  • Comfortable communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues.
  • Responsible for acquiring new customers by opening credit accounts and sharing loyalty benefits.
  • Meeting daily sales goal challenges.
  • Enjoy meeting people, learning about them, and sharing information.
  • Resourceful and eager to start a new venture and can adapt to changing priorities.
  • Can work on your own but are great with team dynamics.
  • Can handle electronic devices with no problem.
  • At least 2 years of selling or customer experience preferred.
  • Talking, lifting, constant moving, standing, and reaching with arms and hands.
  • Standing for at least two consecutive hours.
  • Lifting at least 25lbs.
  • Stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders, reaching, including above eye level.
  • Requires close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
  • Frequent use of computers and other technology, necessary to perform job functions, including handheld equipment, cash register and ability to process register transactions.

  • Offer a warm welcome to customers, make eye contact, and create friendly, personal conversations to build customer relationships.
  • Maintain a shoppable space by recovering the floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, and supporting merchandise moves.
  • Share Loyalty program benefits, ensure customers have all they need, and end with a sincere thank-you.
  • Support one another with honesty, care, and collaboration.
