About The Position

This role is responsible for maintaining a high standard of store cleanliness and presentation to ensure a positive Brand Promise experience for customers. The team member will deliver friendly customer service, assist customers in finding products, and perform various cleaning and maintenance tasks. Additionally, the role may involve supporting checkout, loyalty programs, omnichannel processes, stocking, and safety initiatives. The position requires adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs to ensure compliance and maintain standards.

Requirements

  • Must be at least sixteen (16) years or older.
  • Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards.
  • Deliver friendly customer service and assist customers.
  • Collect and dispose of trash.
  • Dust and damp mop floors.
  • Move equipment and products for cleaning and proper placement.
  • Clean assigned areas using assigned materials and equipment.
  • Mix cleaning solutions.
  • Deep clean key areas such as bathrooms, breakrooms, and entryways.
  • Keep cleaning equipment neat and orderly and notify supervisor of supply needs.
  • Seek out areas requiring cleaning and take initiative.
  • Complete all tasks assigned by supervisor.
  • Perform tasks in accordance with federal, state, and county guidelines.
  • Maintain positive and respectful interactions with team members and customers.
  • Project a positive image and serve as a role model.
  • Provide a fast and friendly check out experience.
  • Execute cash handling to standards.
  • Engage customers on benefits of Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
  • Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship from Store (SFS).
  • Participate in truck un-load, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
  • Support shrink and safety programs.
  • Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs.
  • Execute Company policies and standards.
