TJ Maxx is seeking a Retail Coordinator/Key Holder. This role is an elevated extension of the Coordinator role, where Key Carriers alternate their duties based on store needs. They primarily function as Coordinators but can also act as Key Carriers, taking on leadership responsibilities for store operations. Key Carriers require open availability, including nights and weekends. The role involves modeling exceptional customer service, creating a positive customer experience, and promoting a culture of honesty and integrity. Key Carriers act as Manager on Duty, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures, overseeing team tasks, addressing customer service issues, and coaching associates. They maintain accurate associate coverage, ensure operational procedures are followed, and communicate effectively with management and associates regarding priorities and progress. They also provide and receive feedback, partner with management on training, and ensure compliance with labor laws. Additionally, they promote credit and loyalty programs, support shrink reduction goals, and maintain a safe environment. Other duties may be assigned.
