Now we are on the lookout for cheerful, customer-centric Sales Specialists to join our team! Retail Consultant - This position starts at $21.50 per hour. The schedule will include both weekend days/evenings and three weekdays in the regular schedule. Our store hours range from 10 am - 8 pm.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent is a must; some college is a bonus.
  • Retail or sales experience is great but not required.
  • You're a natural at making connections and understanding what customers want.
  • You love all things interior design and can't wait to share that enthusiasm.
  • You're driven, goal-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills for processing sales transactions.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds when needed.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers with a big smile, help them find what they're looking for, and give them all the info they need to make their dream space a reality.
  • Assist customers in making choices by explaining product features, pricing, and financing options with enthusiasm.
  • Keep up with the coolest trends in furniture and decor, so you can share the latest and greatest with our customers.
  • Make sure our sales floor is always looking its best, tidy, sparkling, and full of eye-catching displays.
  • Aim high with sales targets while keeping customer happiness at the top of your list.
  • Handle any customer hiccups with grace and ensure they leave with a smile.
  • Collaborate with your fellow team members to create a fun, productive work environment and achieve store goals together.
