About The Position

Make memories guests can take home. As a Retail Clerk, you’ll provide excellent customer service while processing transactions, restocking merchandise, and keeping retail areas neat and welcoming. From souvenirs and apparel to game-day essentials, you’ll help fans leave with something to remember.

Requirements

• Previous retail or cashier experience preferred
• Comfortable operating POS systems and handling cash/credit transactions
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Professional, team-oriented attitude

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with product selection
• Operate point-of-sale systems and process accurate transactions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked retail area
• Restock merchandise and monitor inventory levels
• Assist with product setup before events and breakdown after
• Provide exceptional service in alignment with Levy’s hospitality standards
