About The Position
Arcus is looking to recruit a part-time In Store Cleaner for Sainsbury's Denton store on a permanent basis. This role involves ensuring the cleanliness and safety of the supermarket for customers. The position offers 21 hours per week with an hourly rate of £12.71, and immediate starts are available. Various shift patterns are offered, including early morning, morning, afternoon, and evening shifts with weekend work. Overtime opportunities are also available to increase hours.
Requirements
- Previous cleaning experience is beneficial but not essential as on the job training will be supplied.
- An eye for detail and cleanliness.
- A positive attitude to cleaning and customer service.
- Must provide a smartphone that has NFC capability to access the Arcus Connect App for recording time and attendance.
Responsibilities
- Complete daily cleaning tasks to maintain the highest standard of cleaning within Sainsbury's stores.
- Operate machinery.
- Carry out thorough cleaning activities including mopping, vacuuming, wiping, and sweeping.
- Clean toilets, surfaces, ceilings, windows, or oven canopies.
- Work outside keeping trolley bays clean, free of leaves and debris.
- Ensure all health and safety procedures are applied.
