About The Position
Arcus is looking to recruit a part-time In Store Cleaner for the Sainsbury's Biggar Road store on a fixed-term basis until December 31, 2026. This role involves 16 hours per week with an hourly rate of £12.71. The cleaner will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety within the store for customers. Arcus provides full training for this position.
Requirements
- Previous cleaning experience is beneficial but not essential.
- An eye for detail and cleanliness.
- A positive attitude to cleaning and customer service.
- Must provide a smartphone with NFC capability for the Arcus Connect App.
Responsibilities
- Complete daily cleaning tasks to maintain the highest standard of cleaning within Sainsbury's stores.
- Operate machinery.
- Carry out thorough cleaning activities including mopping, vacuuming, wiping, and sweeping.
- Clean toilets, surfaces, ceilings, windows, or oven canopies.
- Work outside keeping trolley bays clean, free of leaves and debris.
- Ensure all health and safety procedures are applied.
