The Opportunity We're seeking an experienced Leader to support daily Donation Center Operations while helping lead a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. In this role, you'll oversee donation flow, support team operations, and help ensure donors have a positive and welcoming experience.

Requirements

2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience (retail preferred)
High school diploma or GED required
Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends
Reliable transportation and commitment to a drug-free workplace
Comfortable standing, bending, and lifting up to 40 lbs. regularly

Responsibilities

Support daily donation center operations to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient environment
Receive, organize, and oversee handling of donated items
Help maintain smooth operational flow for wares and textiles
Maintain accurate donor logs and provide donation receipts when needed
Assist with training and supporting team members
Ensure safety standards, operational procedures, and company policies are followed
Collaborate with transportation and store teams to support productivity and operational goals
Support loss prevention, safety checks, and overall donation center organization
