About The Position

A professional basketball team and state-of-the-art arena/entertainment venue that specializes in creating memorable experiences for each guest we interact with. Some of our favorite things are live sports, concerts, comedy shows, family shows, and most any other world-class event you can think of, and we’re looking for someone who shares the same interests. As a Retail Brand Ambassador, you will engage guests, assist with store operations, deliver exceptional service, and maximize sales.

Requirements

Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to different guest interactions and situations
Experience with POS systems and cash handling
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Outstanding interpersonal skills, punctuality, and reliability
Flexible schedule with availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and at least 80% of scheduled events monthly.
Ability to stand for 4+ hours and lift/move up to 25 lbs. using proper lifting techniques.
