About The Position

Rite Window, a proud company of the Renuity family, is seeking a Retail Brand Ambassador to promote high-quality products and services through in-store retail marketing campaigns and events. This entry-level sales representative role offers the potential to earn up to $60,000 in the first year, with opportunities for top performers to earn between $70,000 and $90,000. The position involves delivering engaging, face-to-face sales presentations and participating in ongoing training sessions. This role is viewed as a stepping stone to a rewarding career in Sales or Management.

Requirements

• 1-2+ years of experience in a sales or customer-facing roles is welcomed
• Strong communication and collaboration skills are required to work effectively across teams in addressing customer needs
• A self-starter attitude and driven to exceed goals
• A collaborative mindset and desire to learn from others
• Open to traveling within the local market as needed
• Scheduling availability includes Saturdays and/or Sundays, with additional weekday opportunities available.

• Represent Rite Window by promoting our high-quality products and services to both prospective and existing customers through in-store retail marketing campaigns and events.
