About The Position

LINQ is seeking motivated, confident, and customer focused Retail Brand Ambassadors to join our growing field sales team. This is an active, customer facing sales position. You will work in high traffic retail locations, malls, events, and community activations throughout Niagara and surrounding areas. This is not a desk based or remote role. As a Retail Brand Ambassador, you will represent leading financial brands by proactively approaching customers, starting conversations, explaining financial products, and helping customers identify solutions that may fit their needs. Most activations take place in an energetic, team based field sales environment. Ongoing training, coaching, and leadership support are provided. This position offers guaranteed hourly pay starting from CA$18.00 per hour, plus uncapped commissions. It is ideal for individuals who enjoy speaking with people, working toward sales goals, and earning additional income based on performance.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous sales or customer facing experience is preferred, including retail, hospitality, promotions, fundraising, or direct sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence approaching and speaking with customers.
A professional, outgoing, and positive attitude.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a field sales team.
Goal oriented mindset and strong work ethic.
Reliable, punctual, and well presented.
Ability to travel to assigned retail locations and events within assigned region and surrounding areas.
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends when required.
