About The Position

We are the UK’s favourite car-buying service and we are growing FAST! We have over 500 branches and are opening more sites each month. We are looking for enthusiastic, passionate, honest, service-driven individuals to join our team. Don't worry if you don't know anything about cars, we will teach you everything you need to know and so much more.

Requirements

A current full UK manual driving license.
Experience of working in a target-driven environment.
Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
Ability to work well under pressure and independently (lone working).
Ability to organize and prioritize own workload.
Ability to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
Excellent administration and IT skills.

Nice To Haves

Experienced customer-facing professional such as a Sales Executive, Retailer or Hospitality specialist who is used to working independently.

Responsibilities

Buy cars and ensure the efficient running of branches.
Act as the main point of contact for customers.
Contact customers and prioritize diaries to achieve appointments and meet targets.
Perform appraisals on cars, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver exceptional customer service.
Liaise with the back office and work colleagues.
Assist the transport department as required when not buying cars.
