About The Position

This role is for a motivated leader who wants to drive success and help members reach their financial goals! You will be the heartbeat of the branch! Your mission is to direct the day-to-day sales and operations, making sure our members have access to a full range of products through needs-based selling. You'll be the ultimate leader and coach, responsible for smashing branch sales, business, financial, and marketing goals. You'll also be the guardian of our service quality, internal controls, security, and the overall look of the branch.

Requirements

A Bachelor’s Degree
2-5 years of relevant experience in a financial institution
At least two years of supervisory experience
A proven track record in Sales Experience

Responsibilities

Direct the day-to-day sales and operations, ensuring members have access to a full range of products through needs-based selling.
Lead and coach the team to achieve branch sales, business, financial, and marketing goals.
Oversee service quality, internal controls, security, and the overall appearance of the branch.
Partner with management to develop and launch branch sales plans.
Supervise daily workflow and scheduling.
Resolve sales-related challenges and implement quality plans to assure productivity and consistency.
Assist with member services and teller functions as needed.
Lead through effective coaching and communication, conducting regular meetings (Monthly Observation Coaching, weekly one-on-one sessions, and weekly sales meetings).
Ensure prompt and cheerful resolution of all member requests and questions.
Promote branch business development and grow the member base.
Handle unusual or difficult member situations.
Work with HR to resolve escalated personnel issues.
Fill in and perform duties in other branch positions as needed.
