About The Position

As Branch Manager, you'll lead the daily operations, performance, and growth of the branch while delivering exceptional service to customers and supporting a high-performing team. You'll oversee branch operations, consumer lending, compliance, and customer relationships while coaching employees and fostering a culture that reflects Citizens Bank's People First values. This role also serves as a key representative of the Bank within the community, building relationships with local businesses, identifying growth opportunities, and helping strengthen Citizens Bank's presence throughout Hot Springs and the surrounding area.

Requirements

At least two years of banking, management, or leadership experience.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Understanding of banking operations, compliance, and risk management.
Ability to successfully lead and develop a team.
Motivation by serving customers and growing community relationships.
Proficiency with computers and digital banking platforms.
