About The Position

This Boutique Manager opportunity is for individuals passionate about creating unforgettable experiences and providing exceptional customer service. The role involves leading a talented team of Bridal Stylists in our Atlanta Boutique, helping brides-to-be find their dream gowns and making their special day magical. Grace Loves Lace is a global leader in modern bridal with an e-commerce store and boutique network. We are seeking someone with a passion for the bridal industry, customer service, and a drive for sales, who is committed to service excellence, can build strong personal connections, and act as a brand ambassador.

Requirements

  • At least 2-3 years of previous experience in retail management or a leadership position in a related field.
  • Previous experience in driving team sales KPI performance with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Proven track record in achieving excellent sales results and exceeding KPIs individually and in a team.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading a team with the ability to train, manage performance, and develop individuals.
  • High level of business acumen and financial decision making.
  • Ability to prioritize, delegate, and manage multiple tasks and projects at one time.
  • Proven experience in prioritizing a busy workload whilst also delivering a supreme level of customer service.
  • Impeccable presentation and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highest standard of attention to detail.
  • Intermediate to Advanced Administration & IT skills using Microsoft Office suite and working off an iPad.
  • Strong ability in managing appointment scheduling & completing data entry.
  • Unlimited working rights in the US.
  • Ability to provide two recent and relevant referees.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in luxury fashion, the wedding or bridal industry.
  • Experience in using NetSuite is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Lead high performing stylist teams by role modeling expected behaviors.
  • Style brides daily alongside the team.
  • Ensure the operational and sales performance of the showroom meets and exceeds expectations.
  • Provide brides with a unique experience, requiring strong multi-tasking skills.
  • Manage leave and roster scheduling to maintain showroom operational requirements.
  • Manage stock, inventory processes, and stock counts, providing accurate recording of stock items and issues to the Inventory team.
  • Prioritize, delegate, and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Manage, progress, and resolve general showroom and housekeeping issues.
  • Communicate with brides, process sales, and engage in social media to promote brand/showroom recognition and engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers from initial consultation to closing the sale.
  • Learn quickly and retain information regarding new and existing styles.
  • Complete data entry and manage appointment scheduling.
