About The Position

This is a Boutique Manager opportunity leading a team of Bridal Stylists in our Philadelphia Boutique. The role involves helping brides-to-be find their dream gowns and making their special day magical. Grace Loves Lace is a global leader in modern bridal with an e-commerce store and boutique network. They are seeking someone passionate about the bridal industry, customer service, and driving sales, who can act as a brand ambassador and build strong personal connections. Boutique Managers lead high-performing stylist teams by example, styling brides daily alongside their team, and ensuring the showroom meets and exceeds operational and sales performance expectations. Providing brides with a unique experience is the ultimate goal, requiring strong multi-tasking skills to deliver this experience personally and through the team.

Requirements

  • At least 2 – 3 years of previous experience in retail management or leadership position in a related field.
  • Previous experience in driving team sales KPI performance with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Proven track record in achieving excellent sales results and exceeding KPIs individually and in a team to achieve targeted results.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading a team with the ability to train, manage performance and develop individuals to achieve their best.
  • Ability to manage leave and roster management is essential.
  • High level of business acumen and financial decision making.
  • Previous experience with stock management, inventory processes and stock counts.
  • Ability to prioritize, delegate and manage multiple tasks and projects at one time.
  • Proven experience in prioritizing a busy workload whilst also delivering a supreme level of customer service.
  • Impeccable presentation and written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with our customers from the initial consultation to closing the sale.
  • The ability to learn quickly and retain information regarding new and existing styles.
  • Highest standard of attention to detail.
  • Ability to use technology to communicate with brides, process sales and engage in social media to promote brand/showroom recognition and engagement.
  • Ability to manage, progress and resolve general showroom and housekeeping issues.
  • Intermediate to Advanced Administration & IT skills using Microsoft Office suite and working off an Ipad.
  • Strong ability in managing appointment scheduling & completing data entry.
  • Unlimited working rights in the US.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in luxury fashion, the wedding or bridal industry is highly regarded.
  • Experience in using NetSuite is advantageous.

  • Learn quickly and retain information regarding new and existing styles.
