• 3+ years of banking, customer service, or financial services experience preferred
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Community banking experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily branch operations
• Coach, train, and develop retail banking team members
• Deliver exceptional customer service and help resolve customer concerns
• Support teller operations, account servicing, and branch compliance
• Encourage referrals and relationship-building opportunities
• Help create a positive, customer-focused team environment
