About The Position

Dieterich Bank is looking for a friendly, customer-focused part-time Personal Banker to join our Trenton branch team. This position is ideal for someone seeking a consistent daytime schedule, with availability to work a few days each week, along with a rotating Saturday shift from 8am-12pm. This role averages up to 30 hours per week. Retail Bankers play a vital role as they represent the face of Dieterich Bank within the communities we serve. This role is responsible for building customer relationships by assisting them to make informed choices, solve problems, and improve their financial well-being.

Requirements

1-3 years of experience working in a face-to-face customer service role preferably in banking
Must be dependable and able to work Saturdays on rotation basis
Must possess excellent communication skills
Consultative skills to identify a client's financial needs
Ability to communicate with customers well on a daily basis face-to-face or by telephone
Proficient in the use of technology (Microsoft Office, online banking, apps, etc.)
Must demonstrate core values of Integrity, Value, Service Excellence, & Teamwork
Ability to work well with others and in a team environment, and assist other departments as needed
Maintain accuracy by remaining detail focused consistently
Ability to organize efficiently
