About The Position

This role focuses on developing customer relationships, identifying financial needs, recommending products and services, managing accounts, processing transactions, and actively selling and cross-selling to grow the branch. The position is customer-facing and sales-oriented, ideal for individuals motivated by goals, who enjoy connecting with people, and are committed to providing an exceptional customer experience. FSNB locations are often within Walmart Supercenters, offering a unique environment to meet new people and introduce potential customers to the bank.
