The Retail Banker I is a customer liaison integral to delivering TD’s Brand promise by utilizing financial expertise and consultative advice to assist Customers with their banking solutions/needs. This role contributes to the achievement of business objectives that enable growth through identifying appropriate TD solutions that help Customers achieve their financial goals and optimize their relationship with TD. The position requires proficiency in products, services, and routine transactions to educate customers on bank offerings and refer them to appropriate team members or partners, ensuring a positive customer experience. It involves establishing and nurturing customer relationships, making product recommendations, and utilizing CRM tools for proactive customer assessments and outbound sales activities. The Retail Banker I independently resolves customer issues, builds working relationships, explains complex information, and participates in customer outreach and advice activities, including engaging with customers about loan products and facilitating application intake. An active registration status with NMLS is required.
