About The Position
As a Retail Banker Float for the Warsaw South Region, you will work from a variety of offices and perform duties such as providing courteous and professional service to clients, processing teller transactions (deposits, withdrawals, payments, cashing checks), discerning client needs and matching them with appropriate products and services, and opening and maintaining client accounts. This position will primarily cover offices in Akron, Argos, Medaryville, Mentone, Pierceton, Plymouth, Rochester, and Silver Lake. New employees will receive extensive training at Lake City University in Warsaw, Indiana, to build a foundation for success and equip them with the necessary knowledge and skills.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Basic PC, 10-key, and general office skills required.
- Basic understanding of bank accounting transactions required.
Nice To Haves
- One year banking experience preferred.
