About The Position

Kwik Trip is seeking energetic, outgoing, and positive Bakery - Food Service Coworkers to support the Store Leader and Food Service Leader in growing fresh and packaged bakery sales. The role involves providing superior customer service by greeting and thanking guests, and maintaining a quality store image through cleanliness, merchandising, and product availability. The position is at Kwik Trip 969 with a variable shift. The full pay range is $16.00 to $21.70; actual pay depends on qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency, and internal equity. Coworkers receive a share of 40% of pre-tax profits through bonuses ranging from 8–12% of gross annual wages depending on company profitability, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
