About The Position

As an essential member of the Brightline Station Operations team, you are an integral part of our guests’ journey. As the Retail Attendant, you will assist our guests in finding the right gift, souvenir to capture their memory, or supplies to make your ride even brighter. Requirements

Able to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
A minimum of 18 years old.
Safety-focused in your day-to-day life; ever-vigilant to inform and help others stay safe in their environment.
Able to move and lift heavy objects up to 50lbs in a variety of directions including over your head, traverse across uneven terrain, exchange information in person and over electronic devices/systems, ascend/descend ladders, perceive the physical environment around you, and perform all safety-related procedures.
Maintain basic math skills.

Responsibilities

Provide attentive and detailed service to all guests; use suggestive selling techniques when referring to menu options and retail offerings, and cordially share information about our Company services and destinations.
Responsible for maintaining and managing how merchandise in our market is displayed to drive both revenue and guest experience.
Be aware of guests' behaviors and raise an alarm to the security team in the event of suspicious activity.
Monitor and review all Brightline communication channels, including our company intranet, bConnected, during work hours to ensure all company and department communications and notifications are promptly reviewed.
