About The Position

We are hiring immediately for a retail associate, which we call an operations specialist at Best Buy. As a retail associate, you will keep our store looking great and process our customers’ purchases, returns, trade-ins and more. No experience required! Your everyday tech use has already given you a great foundation, and we’ll provide the rest of the training you need to assist our customers. Responsibilities

Create an amazing customer experience at the checkout or the customer service counter
Ensure shelves and displays are well-stocked and organized
Help customers retrieve their products and respond to their questions
Ensure store signage is accurate and open box items are appropriately marked
